SV Pattern Studio offers two types of products:
1. Bespoke Custom Prints: Created to order based on client specifications.
2. Catalogue Prints: Ready-to-print designs available for purchase.

Guarantees
We do not offer guarantees for our products. While we ensure high-quality designs, we cannot guarantee the commercial success of a product using our prints. Custom prints are created in collaboration with clients and are approved by them before finalization.

Digital Product Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. In case of file corruption or errors, please contact us at info@sv-patternstudio.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order number. We will address and resolve the issue within 48 working hours.

Intellectual Property
All designs and prints available on the Site are the property of SV Pattern Studio and Sofia Villanueva Landeira. By purchasing a print, you are granted a commercial license to use the print.
